Salad and Pita and Chicken and Tzaziki....oh, My!

So, tonight for dinner, we needed to "clear the fridge" and came up with this tasty plate below. Earlier that day, we had cubed up a large chicken breast and added 3 tablespoons of our Dressing, Dip, & Marinade and let it sit for a few hours in the fridge. At dinner time, we popped that chicken into the air fryer for 20 minutes, warmed up our pita, spooned out a big helping of Greek Tzaziki sauce from Angelina's Kitchen (local restaurant where I make both my products!), and made a salad with Romaine, Kalamata olives, feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, and cucumbers. We tossed it with a little of our Dressing, Dip, & Marinade and dinner was served. Took about 20 minutes to prep and make & it is was delicious! I love when dinners come together very quickly, with minimal effort!
