As we are a mere 10+ hours from 2024, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on this last year. We started off 2023 with the quick and unimaginable loss of our beloved dog Molly (above). Mid-year, we moved from one Pittsboro location to another. We have a big fenced in yard that will be perfect for another rescue. We still on the lookout, but I promise to post when he/she comes to us.
2023 brought us challenges and decisions we will be making early in 2024 to move production for both pizza sauces to a manufacturer who can produce on a much larger scale than me! I will continue to make our original Dressing, Dip, & Marinade, but will most likely make this a seasonal product for our customers, as it is best when produced with the freshest of herbs and ingredients. We will have some inventory for those who wish to buy in small quantities, but will not restart production until Spring.
Our focus will shift from production to sales/marketing in the new year. Look for more posts across social media channels and for me to post at least 1 recipe a month, using one or all of our products.
