This is feedback from one of our awesome Apex Farmers’ Market customers, ErinD. “This is my favorite thing to make with the pizza sauce- I sauté a bunch of veggies and chick peas and then put it in a pita pocket.” Thanks, Erin!!! I think we’ll being using That’s-A Spicy Pizza Sauce-A! with mushrooms, broccoli, and shallots tonight & loading these into pita pockets from @angelinaskitchenpittsboro!
