Nutrition Panel & Ingredients

I've received several comments this week on my missing the nutrition panel for our Dressing, Dip, & Marinade. I know this is important to all of us as consumers and appreciate your catching this oversight. Below is the full label that you'll see when you purchase Celebration Time from our website....hint, hint!

Over the last 18 months, I've had many people ask why I use Canola Oil, when it tends to be one of the less "healthy" options. Here's the skinny....during the 6 months I spent developing, perfecting, and tasting each product version, I substituted Canola Oil with Olive Oil (too thick), several Nut Oils (all resulted in the flavor being nut-forward & drowning out all fresh ingredients), Avocado Oil (too thick), and Vegetable Oil (too thin). We kept coming back to Canola Oil, as it was the only one that allowed the fresh ingredients and tangy vinegar to shine.

We've discovered that the combination of our ingredients contributes to its versatility and allows consumers to use it in a variety of ways. The other recommendation we emphasize is "A little goes a long way". We merely cover meat for marinades, dress salads with 2-3 tablespoons, and dip all kinds of goodies sparingly.

Cheers,

Sarah D., the Dressing Maker
