About Me

 

 

Hello there & welcome to the Celebration Time NC website! My name is Sarah DeStefano and I am chef at heart who started my specialty food business 3 years ago, after a 30 year career in the chemical industry and software consulting. 

 

I grew up across the river from St. Louis, Missouri in Illinois, but have had many addresses through the years. I have resided in North Carolina for 17 years now and love the fact that I can source and produce my specialty food items within a 20-mile radius.

I've had a lifelong love of travel and have always enjoyed trying new foods throughout the world, then returning home and attempting to replicate those recipes. We love cooking and entertaining...all of which led me to the decision to pursue the dream of having my own food business. 

 

Currently, I am the producer, vegetable cutter, bottle washer, labeler, and social media poster. In addition, I'm a wife, mom, sister, aunt, cousin, niece, and friend. I am so happy to have arrived at a point where I can share two of my favorite products & recipes with you.
